Not quite right? You have 14 days, and returns are free.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or an exchange. No reason needed. We pay the return postage.

How to return, in 3 steps

  1. Request it. Log in to your account, open the order and choose Request return, then pick the items and the reason. Want an exchange? Add the size or colour you'd like in the note. No account? Email info@agnilinen.com with your order number.
  2. Pack it. Items unused, unwashed, with labels, in the original packaging if you still have it. Include your order number.
  3. Send it within 14 days to SIA AGNI, Lielā iela 5, Talsi 3201, Latvia. Your "Return approved" email tells you how to send it free of charge.

Your refund

We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We start the refund once your parcel is back with us or you've sent us the tracking proof.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Sorry about that. Email info@agnilinen.com with your order number and a photo. We'll pay the return and send a replacement or refund you.

Good to know

  • Items made to your measurements or personalised for you can't be returned unless faulty.
  • Washed, used or worn items may get a partial refund for the loss in value.
  • Gifts: the person who received a gift can exchange it. Refunds go to the original payment method.
