Shipping

Dispatch: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Delivery cost and options: shown at checkout before you pay, for your country and the delivery option you choose.

All prices include VAT. There are no customs fees within the EU.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We sort it out with the carrier and replace or refund it. You don't have to deal with the carrier yourself.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can change it before dispatch.
