1. Dispatch
Orders are packed in Latvia. In-stock orders leave us within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
2. Delivery time
Within the EU, parcels usually arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch.
3. Delivery costs
Free delivery on orders from €60. The delivery cost for your country and option is shown at checkout, before you pay.

All prices include VAT. There are no customs fees within the EU.
4. Late, lost or damaged parcels
Email info@agnilinen.com with your order number, and a photo if the parcel is damaged. We sort it out with the carrier and replace or refund it. You don't have to deal with the carrier yourself.
5. Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can change it before dispatch.
