Questions and answers
Orders and delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. More on the shipping page.
Returns
What is the return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Will the colour look the same as in the photos?
Screens show colours differently, so a shade can look slightly warmer or cooler on yours than in real life. If a colour is not what you expected, you can return it unused within 14 days.
Sizes
Which size fits my duvet?
Choose by the size of your duvet, not your bed. The standard single duvet in Germany and Austria is 135 × 200 cm. Lay your duvet flat and measure it from edge to edge, then compare it with the size guide next to the sizes.
Which clothing size should I choose?
Open the size guide next to the sizes and compare it with your own measurements. Our linen has limited stretch, so if you prefer more room, consider sizing up.
Linen and care
Is linen rough or scratchy?
Not ours. The linen is washed before we sew it, so it feels soft from the first use and keeps getting softer with every wash.
Will it shrink?
Our linen is pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal (1–2%). Wash at 30 °C or lower and air-dry it, or tumble-dry on low heat and take it out while slightly damp.
Does linen crease?
Yes, linen creases naturally; it is part of its relaxed look. For a smoother finish, iron it while still slightly damp, on the reverse side, or use steam.
How do I care for my linen?
Wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, without bleach or fabric softener. Air-dry, or tumble-dry on low heat and take it out while slightly damp. Iron while still damp, or skip the iron and enjoy the relaxed look. Full guide: linen care.
