Returns, right of withdrawal and refunds

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when the last parcel arrives.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw before the 14 days end, by email to info@agnilinen.com, through "Request return" in your Agni Linen account, or by post to Lielā iela 5, Talsi 3201, Latvia. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. Sending your message before the period ends is enough.

2. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back to SIA AGNI, Lielā iela 5, Talsi 3201, Latvia without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. Returns are free: we pay the cost of returning the goods. Our "Return approved" email tells you how to send them free of charge. Please keep the proof of postage.

Please return items unused, unwashed and, where possible, in their original packaging with labels attached. You may handle the goods the way you would in a shop to check them. If they lose value because of handling beyond that (for example washing, using them on a bed, wearing them, or removing labels), we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

3. Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if you chose a more expensive delivery than our cheapest standard option, the extra is not refunded), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever is first. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you won't pay any fees for the refund.

4. Items that can't be withdrawn

Items made to your measurements or personalised at your request (for example a custom length or a custom size) cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. This doesn't affect your rights for faulty items.

5. Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us in your return request. If it's in stock we'll send the new item once your return has arrived.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo. We cover the return cost and repair, replace or refund it. You have a 2-year legal guarantee on all items.
