Terms of service

Terms of Service

1. Who we are. This online store at www.agnilinen.com is run by SIA AGNI, Lielā iela 5, Talsi 3201, Latvia, email info@agnilinen.com, phone +371 24945301 ("Agni Linen", "we").

2. Who these terms are for. These terms apply to all orders placed on www.agnilinen.com. Our products are sold to consumers and businesses. Where a rule only protects consumers, it says so.

3. Your order and our contract. Product pages are an invitation to order. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy, and we send an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation (or ship the goods). If we can't accept an order (for example, the item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong), we tell you and refund any payment straight away.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Delivery. We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping policy, within the times stated there. The goods become yours once fully paid. The risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.

6. Right of withdrawal. Consumers can withdraw within 14 days. See our Return and refund policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form.

7. Legal guarantee. All products come with the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it or, if that isn't possible, give you a price reduction or refund. Natural characteristics of linen are not defects: slight colour variation between batches, slubs in the weave, softening and creasing.

8. Product information. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens. Sizes are listed in centimetres.

9. Liability. We are liable under the law for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Our liability under mandatory consumer law is not limited.

10. Personal data. We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints and disputes. Please contact us first at info@agnilinen.com. Consumers can also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the consumer authority in their own country.

12. Law. Latvian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
